The latest version of OpenClaw has also improved sub-agent reliability. Previously, sub-agents could fail silently without any notification. Now, if a sub-agent fails, you get an update and can simply re-run it. The hosts also note that sub-agents are not enabled by default — you need to explicitly tell your agent to use them in your prompt. A simple instruction like 'use sub-agents' or 'use a bunch of sub-agents' is enough to trigger parallel workflows.
